2013 – Year Of The Snake

On top of the numerous albums slated to be released in 2013 (Brotha Lynch Hung, Kutt Calhoun, CES Cru, Rittz, Krizz Kaliko, Stevie Stone, ¡MAYDAY!, and more), Strange Music has another indication for a huge year, thanks to the Chinese Zodiac.

As it turns out, 2013 marks the Year Of The Snake, half of the Strange Music logo that has served as the emblem for independent excellence everywhere.

Could this be a sign that Strange Music is up for the biggest year since its inception in 1999? Quite possibly.

Only time will tell how this year turns out to be for the most successful independent label in the world…
